Yes! All of our equipment is cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure everything is well maintained, for a safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned with, disinfected, and sanitizer. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our equipment can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Tents set up on grass are anchored with steel stakes, while other equipment that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags and or buckets. 

Yes of course, A park delivery fee may be applied to any park orders.

Please know that in order to schedule a equipment rental at an approved park a permit must be on file. Some parks require a minimum notice of 30 days for park permit application approval. This process requires a certificate of  liability to be produced by Homestead Gatherings and submitted to the owner of the park. Please allow ample time for this process. 

Yes, Homestead Gatherings maintains a current Certificate of Liability Insurance for all event rentals and services. We can provide proof of insurance if requested.

Homestead Gatherings is licensed through the State of California and the city of Vacaville where we are located. Business license numbers & Federal EIN available upon request

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak spring and summer months. Popular items like tents and canopy packages book up quickly, so the sooner you reserve the better!

Our standard rental period is per day. Multi-day rentals are also available — pricing is calculated at checkout based on your event dates.
